1. RETURN POLICY BASICS

  1. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging,include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be returned to Code Red Safety within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse any return or to charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
  2. All damage and shortage claims must be reported to Code Red Safety within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order.
  3. A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns. In addition, you must indicate the RMA (return to manufacturer) number on the slip once you have contacted us and gotten approval for the return. Returns without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted.
  4. A refund will be issued to the original credit card or account within 1 -2 billing cycles.
  5. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

How to Prepare Your Return

  1. Please use original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
  2. Complete the “Returned Items” portion of your original packing slip, clearly noting the reason for return on the slip; include a copy inside the package; pack and tape your package securely. Make sure your RMA number is listed.
  3. Remove original shipping label and affix the enclosed return label to the outside of the package.
  4. Alternatively, you may drop off your return at one of our locations during normal business hours – M-F 8AM-5PM:

Return Exceptions

  1. Damaged Items and Shortage Claims -- Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of delivery by calling 1-800-499-5253.
  2. Returning Products Containing Hazardous Materials -- Due to safety hazards, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned through the mail, even if the item was drained of these materials. Please call 1-800-499-5253 for instructions for returns of products containing hazardous materials.
  3. Return Policy – See below for Return Policy and Limited Warranty Against Defects.
There are certain products which we cannot, by law, accept for return.
Lanyards – Unopened packages containing lanyards may be returned if they do not otherwise show signs of damage or mistreatment. Opened packages cannot be returned, regardless of the condition of the product or claim made.

RETURN POLICY AND LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS

Products confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or OnlineSafetySupplies.net will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership. The product is, however, covered for the entire period of the product manufacturer’s warranty on their product. Terms and conditions will vary by product and manufacturer.

OnlineSafetySupplies.net will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call 800-499-5253.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. OnlineSafetySupplies.net reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. OnlineSafetySupplies.net reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (USD) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. OnlineSafetySupplies.net is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from customers who intend to resell the products offered by OnlineSafetySupplies.net.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, OnlineSafetySupplies.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. OnlineSafetySupplies.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, OnlineSafetySupplies.net shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall OnlineSafetySupplies.net or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PROCESSING TIME

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. We do endeavor to process all of these orders within 1 business day of receipt.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped.
